WAR file deployment option

For some people, deployment as a WAR file as opposed to a standalone process with the embedded Jetty server is attractive.

This would work by building a standard WAR file. It would still be configured by the normal properties file, from where the servlets in the WAR file would pick up endpoint configurations that match the URL path it has been deployed under.
