Create a readme file

How non technical managers can add it and configure it
Explain why its all done in graphQL (super fast so will not have conflicts or waits for an GH Action to build) - this is seconds
links to docs to explain the process
docs to talk about that the flow is for devs to just need to worry about picking up a ticket (investigating etc..) then just working with PRs (the issue just moves as the PR is worked on/reviewed)
