Consider implementing events, along the lines of chat/receipt of orders

I would like to see this as a wrapper that would use the observer pattern. There are several types of such events in the platform that could be implemented, but it would be good for us to implement the "core" first

I think that due to the current global changes, we should release 1.0.7 as soon as possible, but since this change cannot be implemented quickly, I think it should be postponed to 1.0.8.
