add '--one-file-system' option #437

If there's a file system mounted in a directory that will get purged, I can only assume that the user won't remember it's there and therefore wouldn't think to use a --one-file-system option. Therefore I really don't see that implementing this option would be worth anything. Closing... |

Me and @Jammyjamjamman are working on this in #347 . The option will be a hard-coded default when purge is run. |

The option is used by default if the user's native rm has the option available, or if the user is running rmw from an appimage (after the next release). Closed by 66ad93b |

This feature was removed in 63ce274 now that we're using rm from FreeBSD. I think the onefs option is only available with GNU coreutils, and not with busybox or any flavors of BSD. |

I doubt this will ever happen. I've never needed this option and no regular rmw user has reported any problems related to its existence (or non-existence). |

@oyvindsaether mentioned the '--one-file-system' in #305.
If there's a directory mounted in directory that gets purged, and if it contains files writable by the user, they would also get removed. That would most likely be undesired behavior in most cases I think.
