revoke certs and CRL website

I would like to be able to revoke a certificate. and then add it to the CRL of the intermediate who signed the leaf cert
(also the root ca should have a CRL)
These CRL should be published in for example a http://fqdn/crl-name.crl on the webserver of LocalCA
