Thread leave requests aren't removing the thread from the node completely

In Mobile, I can leave a thread. See first image below, where both my join and leave blocks make it into the Thread. The UI never exists the thread. If you go back to the main group feed, the node is still reporting the Thread being there. On hardkill, the images are no longer available for the Thread (see blank thumb preview) but the meta is still being reported.

Either broke or the method changed and the sdk is out of date.

I just repeated this but the flow was a bit different.

I get a "file not found" error if I try to join a big & old thread before the local node has traversed all the way back in time.
