What does this PR do?
This PR updates the deprecations in the S3 code examples for localstack, using the "github.com/aws/smithy-go/endpoints" Go package and the way the endpoint resolver is obtained from the s3 SDK.
Why is it important?
Do not have deprecated code in the project.
