This classifier was developed to classify Eukaryote 18S rDNA sequences. This release contains the files ready to be used with the RDP Classifier 2.12 (Wang et al., 2007). Decompressed file size is ~ 561 Mb.

18S Classifier v2.0-ref

This reference set was developed to classify Eukaryote 18S rDNA sequences. This release contains the original FASTA and taxonomy files that were used to train the RDP Classifier 2.12 (Wang et al., 2007). These files are included here for reference only. Decompressed file size is ~ 125 Mb.

18S Classifier v1.0

This reference set was developed to classify diatoms (Baccilariophyta) using 18S rDNA sequences. This release contains the files ready to be used with the RDP Classifier 2.12 (Wang et al., 2007). Decompressed file size is ~ 7 Mb.

This training set was developed to taxonomically assign diatoms (Bacillariophyta) based on 18S rDNA sequences. This release contains the original FASTA and taxonomy files used to train the RDP Classifier 2.12 (Wang et al., 2007). They are included here for reference only. The decompressed file size is ~ 2.5 Mb.
