File input.txt not found #3

Hi,
Congrats on a great piece of work. It seems to be a very promising approach.
However, I wasn't able to run the app as instructed.

When I run server.py, it asks for a file called "input.txt" which it's not in the data folder. What is this file used for? What should be its format?
