PRs and security reports being ignored?

Hi, I submitted a couple of PR's over 2 months ago to address some bugs and they have just been sitting there:

#11397

I also found and reported a security vulnerability around that time (and also included a fix for it), and it too has seemingly gone unnoticed: https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/security/advisories/GHSA-wph2-63hx-wv6q

Am I doing something wrong? Please advise as I actually have around a dozen more bug fixes I'd like to submit. Thanks!
