Sending a video file always plays in telegram. and i would like to just download it. also for images, i would like to send everything by file type. so the quality will not be compressed.

When I expect to send an mp4 video file. I expect to choose between two methods of sending. One that sends it as usual for viewing on telegram (which would be how it is so far) and the other method is to send it as a file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Something similar to the web telegram (A and K version) when you drag an image, videos; Or groups of videos and images. allow me to send them as a file. I pass a capture

Note that tdesktop never compresses videos. They're always sent with original quality.
