Feat: Report results after each test execution in test plan

Introduction
Currently there is no way how to report test result execution was completed when there are more tests in the test plan queue.

Description

The problem is that 1 unstable test, sometimes test hangs, can cause all completed TF test runs in reporting system. This can lead to no results at all reported for reporting system launch.

Expected behavior

• There is a TMT way how to report results after test each execution.
