Won't restore trashed files

Trying to restore Trashed files, but nothing happens. Tried both with and without root. Did the same from nautilus, worked as expected.
(edit: "Empty Trash" also doesn't work, however deleting 1 file alone works.)

Expected behavior
File should be restored.
