Add Margin and Padding utility helper scss class's using for loop

By using for loop on scss we can generate the class for margin and padding for top , bottom, left and right

.mt-5 {
margin-top: 5px;
}
.mx-5 {
margin: 0 5px;
}
....
..
.pb-30{
padding-bottom:30;
}
.py-30 {
padding:  30px 0;
}

Hope this util class generation will help to implement spacing in scss.
