Branch: Development1.0
File: components/Layout/ChatBox.js
Current Behavior: On alumni page clicking on any chat icon opens a fullscreen dialog without any actual content.

Expected Behaviour: Design a chat UI similar to the this. Improvizations are welcome :)

I am interested in working on this issue. It doesn't look like there are any api routes set up for storing any of the chat dialogue? Can I just submit a pull request with dummy data atm?
