Something along the lines of !WarrenPlanBot --events-near 02139 or !WarrenPlanBot show me events near 02138 (not sure what's the best command here)

and PlanBot would chime in with an event map or a list of specific events

List can come from: the Mobilize API

Map can come from: the eventsmap
