Implement a flexible badges system.

Examples of badges include:

#games: 100, 500, 1000
#win: 10, 100, 500
Streaks: 5, 10, 20 wins / losses
matches/week: 100
matches/day: 20
early bird: before 8am
cheaty girlfriend: aftrer 7pm
no-life: week-end
Career limiting ping-pong: mail from management
Beaten by everyone once: Liip bitch
Has beaten everyone: Liip King
Personal ping-pong kings/bitches: 5-1 win loss ratio
