http://www.tdwg.org/dav is gone in the new tdwg site

http://rs.tdwg.org/tapir/1.0/rddl.html links to http://www.tdwg.org/dav/subgroups/tapir/1.0/docs/ which is gone in the new tdwg-ng site. There are likely other dead links to the old /dav folder.

Do we need to resurrect it or can we change docs to point elsewhere?

Possible solution is to change the TAPIR rddl files and link to the github pages files instead directly:

Looking through all the issues, this is not blocking server shutdowns but needs to be taken care of. I've assigned Stan though I'm not sure he's the right person to update TAPIR files -- please reassign as necessary.

It seems to be a consequence of the relocation of TAPIR to github -- are there supposed to be redirects that aren't working?

I would actually propose to not use the RDDL files anymore.
I have migrated and cleaned the TAPIR repository so that there is good readme now which takes care of listing the TAPIR resources: https://github.com/tdwg/tapir

And from there you get to the tapir specs hosted on github.io: http://tdwg.github.io/tapir/docs/

We can add something to the new site, but I don't think we need http://www.tdwg.org/dav anymore.
Should we just close the issue with the links above being active?

I was going to work on this, but I'm not clear about what actually needs to redirect to what. If someone in this conversation can make a list of the URLs that need to direct and what they need to redirect to, I can set them up to be incorporated the next time rs.tdwg.org gets rebuilt.
