Currently a TCP Emitter client was able to subscribe multiple times to the same event. This commit changes this so that a TCP Emitter client can only subscribe to an event once.

As stated in issue #2, with the current implementation of the TCP Emitter Server, a TCP Emitter client was able to subscribe multiple times to an event. This PR changes this so that a TCP Emitter client may only subscribe to an event once.
