Should we juste remove the "ignore" function ? Is there any case in a professional context when you want to ignore a person ?

Ignoring a person means that their messages and activity becomes invisible, while everybody else's activity is still visible. It's useful in a public room where someone is having a spammy or agressive behavior.

I just solved an issue with a user. She had ignored a coworker by accident, and was not understanding why she could not see the messages or invitations from that person. (un-ignoring fixed the problem, and the messages sent during ignore-period reappeared, all good). Note that there is a confirmation dialog when ignoring someone, so it's not clear to her how she ignored this person by accident. Maybe clicked the confirmation without looking ?

Why

"Ignoring" feature may be creating user problems and possibly not being useful

What

We could remove it if necessary

De mon point de vue, si la fonction ne correspond pas à un besoin très fréquent, je propose de l'enlever pour simplifier l'interface et éviter les fausses manipulations.
