Add -w parameter as long as decode-condig 14.6.0 is not published

(It's a bit surprising to me that decode-config exits with 0 for "Premature exit - #6 Unsupported version"...)

But anyway be patient for the solution, I am currently only partially online

I think either:

decode-config -s test --json-indent 4 > test.json

Should generate a warning and generate json output (and exit 0) or "unsupported version" should generate the error message, should not generate json output (like it does now), and should exit 1.

This is not urgent, I've adjusted my backup script to work around the current behavior.
