Support removal of instances from test cluster

One may only add new instances with cluster.sync and reload configuration of all instances with cluster.reload. Removal of an instance isn't supported, but it may be useful for testing node decommission. We had to extend cluster.sync in Aeon to support this. It'd be nice if this change was merged into luatest so that we could drop our helper.
