Hello Thanner,
After helping with the French translation of PhotoDemon, I propose including a custom English language option to create a more modern and accurate interface, addressing some errors that have been observed.

PhotoDemon Custom Language:

Change WARNING to Warning, as it looks better.
Similarly, change NOTE to Note.
Capitalize the first letter of each sentence or option, as this is more common in other software used in the current Windows world (2020 and later, Word, Excel, Photoshop, etc.).

Adhere as closely as possible to typographic rules, including:

Parentheses should either contain a subject-verb-object sentence, beginning with a capital letter and ending with a period, or they should contain an instruction, beginning with a lowercase letter and ending without a period. Furthermore, there should be no space between the parentheses "(" and the beginning of the text, nor between the end of the text and the parentheses ")".

When an angle is mentioned, use the "°" symbol (90°).

When text is followed by a colon ":" (in the program display), use the label to inform translators of languages ​​in which a non-breaking space is required before this colon (especially for French). Personally, I use the ASCII character Alt + 255, which is a non-breaking space and therefore correctly displayed.

Some missing or poorly chosen signs (> instead of ->) (' instead of ")

I translated the following sentence in LanguageEditor.frm:
You must select a language file to edit.

I also spotted a text error (the text is completely the opposite of what I intended):
WARNING: this is not a valid macro. The last action cannot occur after the first action.
