Overview

Remove support for Tornados. The following work remains:

  • Clean up / move some useful functionality from webb-anchor.ts to the protocol-solidity
  • Investigate and fix Dapp state regarding the activeBridge and when the bridge gets set (e.g. the active bridge should be set on withdraw note input)
  • Integrate package.json updates and webb-dapp
  • [TASK] Deprecate Tornado support relayer#123
