[IntelliSense] Add the ability to mark classes as deprecated or soon-to-be deprecated

Tailwind v4 will be deprecating text-opacity-*, flex-grow-*, and decoration-slice. I think it might be useful to begin showing a deprecation note in the tooltip window when hovering over these affected classes using the tailwind intellisense extension, similar to what vscode does for deprecated js properties and functions.

Is this something that can be achieved with this extension?
