Let you choose a language file.
"Open" button: Open TE language folder in a new tab.
"Get Language file" button: Choose a language file on TE web site.

Width of Left bar / Right bar (Add-ons > Options > Position) when it is visible

Initialize config folder
Move TE layout folder (under your TE folder in C:\Program Files) into your TE data folder (C:\Users\…\AppData\Roaming\Tablacus\Explorer). This step is optional.
