[WinDynamicDesktop & v5.6.1.0]: Unable to apply "None" wallpaper theme in the application.

• WDD Version: v5.6.1.0
• OS Version: Windows 11 all versions

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Deploy the latest OS on X64 Machine
2. Perform Windows and Store updates.  
3. Install WinDynamicDesktop from Microsoft store.
4. Launch WinDynamicDesktop
5. Grant location permission.
6. Select any wallpaper themes from left pane in the application.
7. Click on Download.
8. Now click on “Apply” button to apply the downloaded wallpaper theme.
9. Observe wallpaper theme applied.
10. Now click on “None” wallpaper theme from left pane in application.
11. Click on “Apply” button.
12. Observe unable to apply “None” wallpaper theme.

Are you using the Microsoft Store version of WDD?: Yes

@Michellehdr This issue will be fixed in the next release which is planned for the next week or two once .NET 10 is out.
