Listing all the usual means of contact, including the Discord invite link. All other pages can then reference this one and we do not need to have contact info spread over many pages.

This was a problem when we used Slack and a Slack invite link that expired every 30 days. Now with Discord the invite does not expire so this is less of an issue.
