If you duplicate an embargo'd page causes both the original and the duplicate to loose the jobs due to WorkflowEmbargoExpiryExtension::onBeforeDuplicate() calling clearPublishJob() and clearUnPublishJob() both of which delete the job which would be the original job ids. Observed in the current master (see here) and in 5.2.1.
