Bag is already open error

I have the Config.inventory set to = 'qb-inventory-legacy' in keep-harmony. After a server restart everyone can access their bag 1 time, after that the closebag function is broken, therefore when you close your inventory, the bag doesnt close, which is why everyone is dealing with the whole Bag is already open issue. Please help.
