• fixes a bug in the help text for the hawaii.rps module that would crash switch solve --help (always use %%, not % in help text!).
• updates the copyright year to 2019
• adds the ability to update the version number of example directories to match the current version of Switch, even if no data update is needed (switch update --recursive --assign-current-version)
