What's in this pull request?

In PR #2541, we made an endian change in Enum.cpp to load/store Enum payload tag and payload value.

The OpaqueValue that is being referenced in the bytes pointer requires a similar change.

This change is specific to big endian platforms only.

With this change, Interpreter/enum.swift test is now passing in s390x. No new regression is observed.

Resolved bug number: (SR-)

A smoke test on macOS does the following:

  1. Builds the compiler incrementally.
  2. Builds the standard library only for macOS. Simulator standard libraries and
device standard libraries are not built.
  3. lldb is not built.
  4. The test and validation-test targets are run only for macOS. The optimized
version of these tests are not run.

Foundation's NSTimer test is a little too precise right now.
