We need the ability to annotate the generated component type. It doesn't have to be anything fancy; if I could just attach a "static" property to the component class, that would be fantastic.

Why do we need it? Well, I would love to write an Angular 2 adapter that allows a Svelte component to be consumed as if it is a native Angular component, but I don't have a good way to determine the inputs and outputs at runtime.
