- delete all included MathJax files - remove `math:` tag from parser - remove all references to `math:` tag in SCDoc

maybe @lijon can have a closer look? afaict not only the lexer, but also the parser should be updated and the sources have to be regenerated (run the build_parser.sh script) |

Yes, exactly. Remove the MATH stuff also from SCDoc.y and then regenerate the parser with build_parser.sh. |
