What is the best way to provide an offline dump of data to

Be professional (i.e. not a personal Google Drive link or something)
Minimize bandwidth costs
Avoid frivolous downloads?

The size of the dump will be around 15-20 MB. I would like something that can keep track of statistics on number of downloads, etc.

There also should be a way to easily update the dump file every day (e.g. have a programmatic upload option).

Daily offline dump data of all the books of hadith in SQL or CSV. This is great idea. It would be better if you do this.

Because it might be you fix the mistakes in hadiths and add new hadith books. It takes much time and many request to check the hadith via API.
