Go modules support for dependabot-core.

Running locally

1. Install native helpers

   $ helpers/build "$(pwd)/helpers/install-dir/go_modules"
   

2. Install Ruby dependencies

   $ bundle install
   

3. Run tests

   $ bundle exec rspec spec
