Once Airflow (and our vendor app) have moved to SQLAlchemy 2.0, this flag for deprecation warnings will no longer be needed.

The related Airflow ticket is here: apache/airflow#28723 (i've subscribed to this issue, but others might want to also?)

This is follow-on/cleanup from #467
