Music and Sounds aren't working

Music and sound isn't available for this game. I already changed Music to 1 in the imgui file Sound was already changed to 1. I also changed the sound files to mp3 and still not working

I can only play this game with no sound and no music. Kind of a bummer that I can't play my most favorite game with any music and sound

And yes I do have all data files in the data folder
