Rewrite of TE

TegraExplorer has been fully rewritten from scratch, based on lockpick_rcm v1.9.0

• Everything is faster than old TE. expect some serious speed improvements
• Mariko/Patched erista support has been added. Heavily untested as i do not have a mariko/patched erista to test on
• Prod.keys reader in case key dumping fails
• The entire scripting language has been overhauled. See the TegraScript repo for the details on that
• General UI improvements/changes
• The home button now reboots to atmosphere/reboot-payload.bin or if not found, RCM
• Probably a lot more stuff that i missed

• The screenshot button. I may add this back at some point.
