Consider a scale that goes from never < rarely < sometimes < often < always , with "does not apply" currently being marked as cat_neutral so it gets shoved to the edge.
Currently never, rarely and sometimes are plotted to the left of the bar, e.g. the negative values.
I would like to be able to move the sometimes category to the positive side of the zero line?
