Enhancement: Add Support for Cancel on Next Payment Date Add On

When cancelling a subscription in Woocommerce, it would be ideal if we can check if the Cancel on Next Payment Date Add On is active and calculate it based on the next payment date for the Woo order - then add the expiration date to the user for the membership level too.

For now, there's a way to set the Woo Subscription to cancel on a specific date I believe and then controls the PMPro membership access etc.
