Controls: Fix disable condition in ArgControl component

What I did

I've fixed an issue where argTypes.<input>.control.false wasn't respected in the ArgsTable and the input was still shown.

1. Run a sandbox for template, e.g. yarn task --task sandbox --start-from auto --template react-vite/default-ts
2. Disable an existing control
