Hoses visually connect but unable to dump trailer

While using Mantrid's Lizard Underbelly Trailer the hoses will connect by holding 'z', however when trying to dump in a trigger, it states that the product is not accepted there as if the hoses were not connected. The issue did not exist with version 2.0.0.0 and I tried the 2.2.1.0 on here and the issue still exists. I have reverted to 2.0.0.0 and it works without issue.
