Gaston, how do you propose we refer to the SDEX assets -- the only way I see is possible is by free text entry (unlike the others where you can select from a dropdown). this is because there are so many possibilities for markets on sdex.

If free text is enough to identify markets, that should be ok. I'm wondering if you don't need to also enter the asset issuer address.
