Describe The bug

Can't change the language on the website

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to signup.steemit.com
  2. Click on the English drop down at the top right of the site
  3. Then select another language
  4. You can even reload the page

Expected Behavior

I expected the language on the website to change to the selected language of the user's choice

Devices and Versions

Device: (Infinix s2pro)
Version (7.0)
App version: chrome
