This directory contains the documentation for vsc-base

It should be created with sphinx.

The baseconf.py file contains base configuration for vsc-base and all other vsc-* packages.
This can be extended, as seen in conf.py


run make api to generate the .rst files for all vsc- packages
run make html to create the documentation from these .rst packages
