This RFC proposes to add a routine to perform the symmetric rank 2 operation
A = α*x*y**T + α*y*x**T + Awhereαis a scalar,xandyareNelement vectors, andAis anNbyNsymmetric matrix as defined in BLAS Level 2 routines. Specifically adding@stdlib/blas/base/ssyr2is proposed.Related Issues
