[RFC]: add missing typed array methods to `utils/named-typed-tuple`

Since the initial creation of `utils/named-typed-tuple`, typed arrays have acquired additional methods. We should add those missing methods to the `namedtypedtuple` constructor.

Will require updating the implementation and adding tests, benchmarks, examples, and documentation.
