Open extension page in Chrome chrome://extensions
Make it sure Developer Mode is enabled.
Click on 'Load Unpacked' button, and select your directory having code downloaded from this repository.
You will see one extension is installed with name Maa Vaishno Devi-Helicopter Ticket.
You can notice the icon in address bar, click on that and configure your profile data there.
