Addon css & tailwind

I'm finding the process for building CSS for addons with Vite really tricky, and there isn't much documentation on the topic or the recommended way Statamic wants us to handle this stuff.

Paddings and margins will be reset by Tailwinds preflight in the base layer.

We could use !important but all that is doing is pushing the specificity to the top, creating a new layer of important styles (and overwriting Statamic ones)

There doesn't seem to be a nice way of doing this without quickly ending up in a specificity war. Shouldn't addon stuff come after the base layer?

Yeah I think we need to move base to the start. Oversight.

Ya I think that would be great - it would minimise the amount of times you have to break out of a layer.
